Scope

This policy applies to all prepaid gift cards, reloadable cards, and brand vouchers sold through eezib.in, including but not limited to:

• Amazon Pay, Flipkart, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and other brand vouchers
• Reloadable prepaid expense cards
• Corporate gifting vouchers

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only if:

• The gift card or voucher was purchased directly from eezib.in.
• Full payment has been made.
• A written request is submitted to support@eezib.com within 7 days of purchase.
• The voucher code has not been redeemed, used, or shared.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written request to support@eezib.com with:
    – Order ID or invoice number
    – Reason for refund request
• Eezib will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.

Refund Amounts

• Unused gift cards/vouchers: Up to 100% of purchase value (minus transaction charges or restocking fees, if applicable).
• Reloadable/prepaid cards: Refunds may be subject to issuance and processing fees.
• Promotional/discounted vouchers: Refunds limited to the actual amount paid.

Exceptions (Non‑Refundable Items)

No refunds will be issued for:

• Gift cards or vouchers that have been redeemed or partially used.
• Customised or special‑denomination vouchers.
• Orders purchased through third‑party sellers or marketplaces.
• Expired vouchers.

Policy Updates

Eezib reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will apply to refund requests made after the effective date.
